nānāpakṣasamāśrayo vyāśrayaḥ /
vyāśraye gamyamāne ṣaṣṭhyantād vā tasiḥ pratyayo bhavati /
devā arjunato 'bhavan /
ādityāḥ karṇato 'bhavan /
ṣaṣṭhī ca atra pakṣāpekṣaiva /
arjunasya pakṣe, karṇasya pakṣe ity arthaḥ /
vyāśraye iti kim ? vr̥kṣasya śākhā //
