30. Mesačné obnovy Pre dušu je veľmi užitočná aj mesačná duchovná obnova, ktorá trvá niekoľko hodín, a takisto si ju možno konať individuálne, alebo spolu s inými. Rád vidím, že sa táto praktika na mnohých miestach už udomácnila; biskupi ju vrelo odporúčajú a niekedy ju aj vedú.
