Chapter

 1 I    | excellent and powerful Fruit of salvation. Therefore doth the devout
 2 VI   |       mother of life, mother of salvation, that by thee He may receive
 3 VII  |        for "far from sinners is salvation" (Ps. CXVIII, 155.) This
 4 VII  |         ground for hope, or for salvation, we should know that it
 5 IX   |       the faithful mediatrix of salvation. St. Bernard saith: "Mary
 6 IX   |        prepared the antidote of salvation for both men and women."
 7 XI   |  sanctity that truly the day of salvation, the day of propitiation,
 8 XI   |       the blessing of peace and salvation in the Virgin's Son -that
 9 XIV  |       Mother of life, Mother of salvation." Blessed art thou, O Mary,
10 XIV  |       begun the blessing of our salvation, according to that word
11 XIV  |       God our King hath wrought salvation in the middle of the earth."
12 XV   |         Mary is to us a vein of salvation. For by this vein Christ,
13 XV   |       Mother of life, Mother of salvation, that by thee He may receive
14 XVI  |       to save, or powerful unto salvation, and for this reason it
15 XVI  |       it is called the Fruit of salvation. Ecclesiasticus says: "The
16 XVI  |     with peace and the fruit of salvation." Why does he say, peace
17 XVI  |         fruit? The fruit of our salvation and our peace is He who
18 XVI  |       is He called the Fruit of salvation, without whom we have no
19 XVI  |         without whom we have no salvation, according to that word: "
20 XVI  |         that word: "There is no salvation in any other." And St. Anselm
21 XVI  |       Anselm says: "There is no salvation except Him whom thou, O
22 XVI  |     Mary, art truly the tree of salvation, who hast borne for the
23 XVI  |      for the world the Fruit of salvation, as St. Bernard says: "O
24 XVI  |     worthy to bear the fruit of salvation!" But, alas, there are many
25 XVI  |      Mary by spiritually giving salvation, by universally multiplying
26 XVII |       in doing the works of our salvation; He merited it by dying;
27 XVIII|     worthy to bear the fruit of salvation!"~Tenthly, the blessed fruit
