Chapter

 1     III|   from Metapontus, say that fire is the first principle of
 2     III|     of all things; for from fire all things proceed, and
 3     III|  all things proceed, and in fire do all things terminate.
 4      IV| there were four elements -- fire, air, water, earth; and
 5      IV| things; others, air others, fire; and others, some other
 6     VII|   them say that the soul is fire, and some that it is the
 7    XXVI|   as the first principle of fire and the other bodies, proceeding
 8    XXXI|  and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in
 9    XXXI|     the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still
10    XXXI|     the fire; and after the fire a still small voice?" But
