1  I,       VI   |     we say to those who have associated others with ourself, 'Where
2  I,       VI   | pleased, they would not have associated aught with Him; but we have
3  I,       VI   |   God pleased, we had not so associated, nor our fathers; nor should
4  I,      VII   |    say, 'Verily, our fathers associated others with God before us,
5  I,        X   |     we will say to those who associated other gods (with us), 'To
