Part, Sura

  1  I,       II|         you and those before you; haply ye may fear! [20] who made
  2  I,       II|          therefrom altogether and haply there may come from me a
  3  I,       II|          in mind what is therein, haply ye yet may fear.'~ ~Then
  4  I,       II|         shows you His signs, that haply ye may understand.~ ~Yet
  5  I,       II|  prescribed for those before you; haply ye may fear. [180] A certain
  6  I,       II|           that He has guided you; haply ye may give thanks.~ ~When
  7  I,       II|           let them believe in me; haply they may be directed aright.~ ~
  8  I,       II|   manifest His signs to men, that haply they may fear.~ ~Devour
  9  I,       II|       doors thereof and fear God; haply ye may prosper yet.~ ~Fight
 10  I,       II|        manifest to you His signs; haply ye may reflect on this world
 11  I,       II|           clear His signs to men; haply they may remember.~ ~They
 12  I,       II|         explain to you His signs; haply ye may understand.~ ~Dost
 13  I,      III|         poor way; fear God, then, haply ye may give thanks. [120]
 14  I,      III|         alert, and fear God, that haply ye may prosper.~ ~ ~ ~
 15  I,        V|       fulfil his favour upon you; haply ye may give thanks.~ ~[10]
 16  I,        V|          be strenuous in His way, haply ye will prosper then.~ ~[
 17  I,        V|         explain to you His signs,-haply ye may be grateful.~ ~O
 18  I,        V|        work; avoid them then that haply ye may prosper. Satan only
 19  I,        V|        then, O ye who have minds! haply ye may prosper.~ ~O ye who
 20  I,       VI|         distress and trouble that haply they might humble themselves.
 21  I,       VI|          Him, and no intercessor; haply they may fear.~ ~Repulse
 22  I,       VI|        turn about the signs, that haply they may discriminate. Thy
 23  I,       VI|         of them at all, but mind!-haply they may fear.~ ~Leave those
 24  I,       VI|          is what God ordains you, haply ye may understand.'~ ~And
 25  I,       VI|           He~ ~ ./. ordained you, haply ye may be mindful. Verily,
 26  I,       VI|         what He has ordained you, haply ye may fear!~ ~[155] Then
 27  I,       VI|           a guidance and a mercy; haply in the meeting of their
 28  I,       VI|          follow it then and fear; haply ye may obtain mercy. Lest
 29  I,      VII|          one of the signs of God, haply ye may remember.~ ~O sons
 30  I,      VII|          we bring forth the dead; haply ye may remember.~ ~And the
 31  I,      VII|         and that ye may fear? but haply ye may receive mercy.'~ ~
 32  I,      VII|           benefits of God,~ ~ ./. haply ye may prosper!' They said, '
 33  I,      VII|        trouble and distress, that haply they might humble themselves;
 34  I,      VII|          scarcity of fruits, that haply they might remember; but
 35  I,      VII|        words-then follow him that haply ye may be guided.~ ~Amongst
 36  I,      VII|         excuse to your Lord, that haply they may fear.' [165] But
 37  I,      VII|        things and with bad things haply they may return.~ ~But there
 38  I,      VII|         remember what is therein; haply ye may fear.'~ ~And when
 39  I,      VII|           do we detail the signs; haply they may return.~ ~Read
 40  I,      VII|         thereto and keep silence; haply ye may obtain mercy.~ ~And
 41  I,     VIII|    provided you with good things; haply ye may give thanks.~ ~O
 42  I,     VIII|        firm and remember God; and haply. ye may prosper! and fear
 43  I,     VIII|           run by their example 1, haply they may remember then.~ ~[
 44  I,       IX|       verily, they have no faith, haply they may desist.~ ~Will
 45  I,       IX|       action another evil action;-haply it may be God will turn
 46  I,       IX|         they return to them, that haply they may beware.~ ~O ye
 47  I,       XI|         and a mighty hire!~ ~[15] Haply thou art leaving part of
 48  I,      XII|    revealed it, an Arabic Qur'ân; haply ye may understand.~ ~We
 49  I,      XII|           of corn and others dry. Haply I may go back to the men,
 50  I,      XII|           may go back to the men, haply they then may know!'~ ~He
 51  I,      XII|        chattels 1 in their packs, haply they may know it when they
 52  I,      XII|        come back to their family; haply they may return.'~ ~And
 53  I,     XIII|        affair, details the signs;-haply of the meeting with your
 54  I,      XIV|         out parables for men that haply they may be mindful.~ ~And
 55  I,      XIV|         provide them with fruits, haply they may give thanks.~ ~'
 56  I,      XVI|       search after His grace,-and haply ye may give thanks.~ ~[15]
 57  I,      XVI|        you; and rivers and roads; haply ye may be guided.~ ~And
 58  I,      XVI|       been sent down to them, and haply they may reflect.~ ~Are
 59  I,      XVI|            and sight, and hearts,-haply ye may give thanks!~ ~ ./. 
 60  I,      XVI|          His favours towards you,-haply ye yet may be resigned.~ ~
 61  I,      XVI|       oppress; He admonishes you, haply ye may be mindful!~ ~Fulfil
 62 II,    XVIII|           only speak a lie!~ ~[5] Haply thou wilt grieve thyself
 63 II,    XVIII|          wealth and children; but haply my Lord will give me something
 64 II,       XX|           I perceive a fire! [10] Haply I may bring you therefrom
 65 II,       XX|           to him a gentle speech, haply he may be mindful or may
 66 II,       XX|           about in it the threat,-haply they may fear, or it may
 67 II,       XX|           at the ends of the day; haply thou mayest please (Him).~ ~
 68 II,      XXI|            and to your dwellings! haply ye will be questioned.'
 69 II,      XXI|     therein open roads for paths, haply they may be guided! and
 70 II,      XXI|          large one they had; that haply they might refer it to that.~ ~[
 71 II,      XXI|           before the eyes of men; haply they will bear witness.'~ ~
 72 II,      XXI|       what ye hide.~ ~I know not, haply it is a trial for you and
 73 II,     XXII|         we subjected them to you; haply, ye may give thanks!~ ~Their
 74 II,     XXII|           your Lord, and do well, haply ye may prosper; and fight
 75 II,    XXIII|         gave Moses the Book, that haply they might be guided.~ ~
 76 II,    XXIII|          Lord! send ye me back 2, haply I may do right in that which
 77 II,     XXIV|           therein manifest signs; haply ye may be mindful.~ ~The
 78 II,     XXIV|           that is better for you; haply ye may be mindful. And if
 79 II,     XXIV|           to God, O ye believers! haply ye may prosper.~ ~And marry
 80 II,     XXIV|        alms and obey the Apostle, haply ye may obtain mercy. Do
 81 II,     XXIV|         explain to you His signs, haply ye may understand.~ ~Only
 82 II,     XXVI|          of the perspicuous Book; haply thou art vexing thyself
 83 II,     XXVI|            and take to works that haply ye may be immortal?~ ~[130] '
 84 II,    XXVII|        bring you a burning brand; haply ye may be warmed.' But when
 85 II,   XXVIII|          I have perceived a fire, haply I may bring you good news
 86 II,   XXVIII|           or a brand of fire that haply ye may be warmed 1.'~ ~[
 87 II,   XXVIII|          and make for me a tower, haply I may mount up to the God
 88 II,   XXVIII|           a guidance and a mercy; haply they may be mindful!~ ~Thou
 89 II,   XXVIII|      warner has come before thee; haply they may be mindful! And
 90 II,   XXVIII|           the word to reach them, haply they may be mindful!~ ~Those
 91 II,   XXVIII|           and crave of His grace, haply ye may give thanks.~ ~And
 92 II,      XXX|        that which they have done,-haply they may return!~ ~Say, '
 93 II,      XXX|           crave of His grace, and haply ye may give thanks.~ ~We
 94 II,    XXXII|      warner has come before thee, haply they may be guided.~ ~God
 95 II,    XXXII|     beside the greater torment 1,-haply they may yet return.~ ~Who
 96 II,   XXXIII|         perceive that the Hour is haply nigh?'~ ~ ./. Verily, God
 97 II,     XXXV|       search after His grace, and haply ye may give thanks.~ ~He
 98 II,    XXXVI|           and what is behind you, haply ye may obtain mercy 3;'
 99 II,    XXXVI|       take, beside God, gods that haply they may be helped. [75]
100 II,    XXXIX|         ân every sort of parable, haply they may be mindful. An
101 II,    XXXIX|           no crookedness therein; haply they may fear!~ ~[30] God
102 II,       XL|      Hâmân! build for me a tower, haply I may reach the tracts,-
103 II,       XL|      reach an appointed time, and haply ye may have some sense.~ ~[
104 II,      XLI|          talk foolishly about it, haply ye may gain the upper hand 2.'
105 II,     XLII|      shall make thee know whether haply the Hour be nigh? Those
106 II,    XLIII|         made it an Arabic Qur'ân; haply ye will have some sense.
107 II,    XLIII|     placed for you therein roads, haply ye may be guided: [10] and
108 II,    XLIII|         among his posterity, that haply they might return.~ ~Nay;
109 II,    XLIII|     seized them with the torment, haply they might turn.~ ~And they
110 II,     XLIV|         easy for thy tongue, that haply they may be mindful. 'Then
111 II,      XLV|      crave of His grace, and that haply ye may give thanks; and
112 II,     XLVI|       turned about the signs that haply they might return.~ ~Why
113 II,     XLIX|        two brethren and fear God, haply ye may obtain mercy!~ ~O
114 II,       LI| everything have we created pairs, haply ye may be mindful.~ ~[50]
115 II,     LVII|      manifested to you the signs; haply ye may have some sense!~ ~
116 II,      LIX|         do we strike out for men; haply they may reflect!~ ~He is
117 II,     LXII|            and remember God much; haply ye may prosper!~ ~But when
118 II,      LXV|          Thou knowest not whether haply God may cause something
119 II,   LXVIII|          we have been outrageous! Haply our Lord may give us instead
120 II,     LXXX|     should make thee know whether haply he may be purified? or may
