Part, Sura

  1  I          |         young women, who used to go in procession round it,
  2  I          |         to see how matters would go, ready, as they did on several
  3  I          |          the valley of Minâ, and go through the ceremony of
  4  I          |        tempt mankind. Men are to go to Mosque decently clad.
  5  I          |     induce his father to let him go with them: they cast him
  6  I          |          Midian. Moses and Aaron go to Pharaoh and call on him
  7  I,       II|          believe;' but when they go aside with their devils,
  8  I,       II|        mock at them and let them go on in their rebellion, blindly
  9  I,       II|       and if God willed He would go off with their hearing and
 10  I,       II|      they were in, and we said, 'Go down, one of you the enemy
 11  I,       II|         easily turned. We said, 'Go down therefrom altogether
 12  I,       II|         instead of what is best? Go down to Egypt,--there is
 13  I,       II|         and forgiven you; so now go in unto them and crave what
 14  I,       II|        fast until the night, and go not in unto them, and ye
 15  I,       II|          their menstruation, and go not near them till they
 16  I,       II|      them in reason, or let them go with kindness. It is not
 17  I,       II|         them kindly, or let them go in reason, but do not keep
 18  I,       II|         their home); but if they go out, there is no crime in
 19  I,      III|      that (others) may perchance go back (from their faith1 - '
 20  I,      III|          believe;' and when they go aside they bite their finger
 21  I,      III|         passed before your time, go on~ ~ ./. then in the earth,
 22  I,      III|        that those who misbelieve go to and fro in the earth.
 23  I,       IV|       hinder them 1, that ye may go off with part of what ye
 24  I,       IV|          whosoever of you cannot go the length of marrying marriageable
 25  I,       IV|       them, 'Kill yourselves, or go ye forth out of your houses,'
 26  I,       IV|        when they adore, let them go behind you, and let another
 27  I,        V|        therein~ ~ ./. until they go out from thence; but if
 28  I,        V|         from thence; but if they go out then we will enter in.'
 29  I,        V|         as they are therein; so, go thou and thy Lord and fight
 30  I,        V|   grievous woe. They may wish to go forth from the Fire, but
 31  I,        V|         Fire, but they shall not go forth therefrom, for them
 32  I,        V|        lead many astray, and who go away from the level path.'~ ~
 33  I,       VI|          them mocked at.~ ~Say, 'Go about in the earth, then
 34  I,      VII|          clay.'~ ~Said He, 'Then go down therefrom; what ails
 35  I,      VII|          big with pride therein? go forth! verily, thou art
 36  I,      VII|        find thankful.' He said, 'Go forth therefrom, despised,
 37  I,      VII|         who are lost!' He said, 'Go ye down, one of you to the
 38  I,      VII|       are like cattle, nay, they go more astray! these it is
 39  I,     VIII|          thy Lord caused thee to go forth from thy house 1 with
 40  I,     VIII|        so that your turn of luck go from you; but be ye patient,
 41  I,       IX|         give alms, then let them go their way; verily, God is
 42  I,       IX|   hesitate.~ ~Had they wished to go forth, they would have prepared
 43  I,        X|         hope not for our meeting go on in their rebellion, blindly
 44  I,      XII|        grieves me that ye should go off with him, for I fear
 45  I,      XII|          others dry. Haply I may go back to the men, haply they
 46  I,      XII|  messenger came to him, he said, Go back to thy lord, and ask
 47  I,      XII|        nothing of.~ ~'O my sons! go and enquire concerning Joseph
 48  I,      XIV|     heavens too; and (all) shall go forth unto God, the one,
 49  I,       XV|          turn round to look; but go on to where ye are bidden.'~ ~
 50  I,      XVI|      some for whom error is due;-go ye about then on the earth,
 51  I,      XVI|         God guides not those who go astray, nor have they any
 52 II,    XVIII|       have said, when thou didst go into thy garden, "What God
 53 II,    XVIII|         two seas, or else I will go on for years 1.'~ ~[60]
 54 II,      XIX|          one of you who will not go down to it,-that is settled
 55 II,       XX|         our great signs!~ ~[25] 'Go unto Pharaoh, verily, he
 56 II,       XX|          chosen thee for myself. Go, thou and thy brother, with
 57 II,       XX|          in remembering me. [45] Go ye both to Pharaoh; verily,
 58 II,       XX|         when thou didst see them go astray, from following me?
 59 II,       XX|        and guided him. Said he, 'Go down, ye twain, therefrom
 60 II,      XXI|        of hell 3, to it shall ye go down!~ ~Had these been God'
 61 II,    XXIII|               110] He will say, 'Go ye away into it and speak
 62 II,     XXIV|         love that scandal should go abroad amongst those who
 63 II,     XXIV|       and if it be said to you, 'Go back!' then go back, it
 64 II,     XXIV|          to you, 'Go back!' then go back, it is purer for you;
 65 II,     XXIV|   ordered them they would surely go forth. Say, 'Do not swear
 66 II,     XXIV|         Him upon public business go not away until they have
 67 II,      XXV| forbidden 1!'~ ~[25] And we will go on to the works which they
 68 II,      XXV|          minister; and we said, 'Go ye to the people who say
 69 II,     XXVI|             Said He, Not so; but go with our signs, verily,
 70 II,     XXVI|       you listening.~ ~[15] 'And go to Pharaoh and say, "Verily,
 71 II,     XXVI|       brought forth to those who go astray, and it shall be
 72 II,     XXVI|        poets do those follow who go astray! [225] Dost thou
 73 II,    XXVII|         Said an ant, 'O ye ants! go into your dwellings, that
 74 II,    XXVII|       thou art of those who lie. Go with this my letter and
 75 II,   XXVIII|        thee to kill~ ~ ./. thee; go then forth; verily, I am
 76 II,      XXX|       creation, then He makes it go back again, then unto Him
 77 II,      XXX|    creation and then makes it to go back again; for it is very
 78 II,      XXX|     mercy, and to make the ships go on at His bidding, and that
 79 II,    XXXII|         time that they desire to go forth therefrom, we will
 80 II,   XXXIII|         confederates would never go away; and if the confederates
 81 II,   XXXIII|          provision, and let them go handsomely at large.~ ~O
 82 II,    XXXVI|       they should not be able to go on, nor yet to return. And
 83 II,  XXXVIII|       chiefs of them went away: 'Go on and persevere in your
 84 II,  XXXVIII|        of God. Verily, those who go astray from the path of
 85 II,  XXXVIII|       from clay.' Said He, 'Then go forth therefrom, for, verily,
 86 II,      XLI|        your God is one God; then go straight to Him, and ask
 87 II,      XLI|       Our Lord is-God,' and then go straight, the angels descend
 88 II,     XLII|         Wherefore call thou, and go straight on as thou art
 89 II,     XLII|        prayer, and whose affairs go by counsel amongst themselves,
 90 II,    XLVII|         He will make their works go wrong. But those who believe
 91 II,    XLVII|     cause, their works shall not go wrong; He will guide them
 92 II,    XLVII|         He will make their works go wrong.~ ~[10] That is because
 93 II,    XLVII|         to thee, until when they go forth from thee they say
 94 II,    XLVII|        them, but (God) lets them go on for a time!~ ~That is
 95 II,      LII|             And round them shall go boys of theirs, as though
 96 II,      LVI|         face.~ Around them shall go eternal youths, with goblets~
 97 II,      LIX|        not think that they would go forth, and they thought
 98 II,      LIX|          be driven forth we will go forth with you; and we will
 99 II,      LIX|     driven forth, these will not go forth with them; and if
100 II,       LX|        God your Lord  2!~ ~If ye go forth fighting strenuously
101 II,   LXVIII|      each other in the morning, 'Go early to your tilth if ye
102 II,    LXXII|               And if they 2 will go right upon the way, we will
103 II,    LXXVI|        Silsabîl! and there shall go round about them eternal
104 II,   LXXVII|     those who say it is a lie!~ ~Go off to that which ye did
105 II,   LXXVII|          ye did call a lie! [30] Go off to the shadow of three
106 II,    LXXIX|        the holy valley of Tuvâ, 'Go unto Pharaoh, verily, he
107 II,    LXXXI|     devil 5.~ Then whither do ye go?~ It is but a reminder to
108 II,    LXXXI|    whomsoever~ of you pleases to go straight:-but ye will not~
109 II,  LXXXIII|      they say, 'Verily, these do go astray!'-but they are not
110 II,   LXXXIV|          reckoning; and he shall go back to his family joyfully.~ ~[
