Part, Sura

  1  I,       II|           from me a guidance, and whoso follows my guidance, no
  2  I,       II|          do not know?~ ~[75] Yea! whoso gains an evil gain, and
  3  I,       II|         questioned aforetime? but whoso takes misbelief in exchange
  4  I,       II|        read, believe therein; and whoso disbelieve therein, 'tis
  5  I,       II|         demand retaliation 1; and whoso transgresses against you,
  6  I,       II|       certain number of days; but whoso hastens off in two days,
  7  I,       II|         sign we gave to them; and whoso alters God's favours after
  8  I,       II|          not transgress them; and whoso transgresses God's bounds,
  9  I,       II|           force to transgress for whoso does that, he is unjust
 10  I,       II|            he is not of mine; but whoso tastes it not, he is of
 11  I,       II| distinguished from the wrong, and whoso disbelieves in Tâghût 2
 12  I,      III|          through mutual envy. But whoso disbelieves in God's signs,
 13  I,      III|         resignation unto God, and whoso follows me.'~ ~And say to
 14  I,      III|       those who are in doubt. And whoso disputeth with thee after
 15  I,      III|      while they know.~ ~[70] Yea, whoso fulfils his covenant and
 16  I,      III|          ye speak the truth.' But whoso forges against God a lie,
 17  I,      III|           find his way there. But whoso misbelieves-God is independent
 18  I,      III|           you is His Apostle? But whoso takes tight hold on God,
 19  I,      III|        the hire of the believers. Whoso answered to the call of
 20  I,       IV|        These be God's bounds, and whoso obeys God and the Apostle
 21  I,       IV|           mighty happiness.~ ~But whoso rebels against God and His
 22  I,       IV|     compassionate unto you.~ ~But whoso does that maliciously and
 23  I,       IV|         them into a right path.~ ~Whoso obeys God and the Apostle,
 24  I,       IV|           world for the next; and Whoso fights in God's way, then,
 25  I,       IV|        sufficeth for a witness.~ ~Whoso obeys the prophet he has
 26  I,       IV|          more severe to punish.~ ~Whoso intercedes with a good intercession
 27  I,       IV|         whom God hath led astray? Whoso God hath led astray ye shall
 28  I,       IV|         knowing, wise.~ ~[95] And whoso kills a believer purposely,
 29  I,       IV|   guardian over them?~ ~[110] Yet whoso does evil and wrongs himself,
 30  I,       IV|       forgiving and merciful; and whoso commits a crime, he only
 31  I,       IV|           is knowing, wise.~ ~And whoso commits a fault or a sin
 32  I,       IV|   reconciliation between men; and whoso does this, craving the good
 33  I,       IV|           whomsoever He will; but whoso associates aught with God,
 34  I,       IV|          He sent down before; for whoso disbelieves in God, and
 35  I,        V|         not taking paramours. But whoso disbelieves in the faith,
 36  I,        V|    beneath which rivers flow: and whoso disbelieves after that,
 37  I,        V|           children of Israel that whoso kills a soul, unless it~ ~ ./. 
 38  I,        V|        killed men altogether; but whoso saves one, it is as though
 39  I,        V|        God is mighty, wise.~ ~But whoso turns again after his injustice
 40  I,        V|           for a little price; for whoso will not judge by what God
 41  I,        V|          wounds retaliation;' but whoso remits it, it is an expiation
 42  I,        V|         expiation for him, but he whoso will not judge by what God
 43  I,        V|          is revealed therein, for whoso will not judge by what God
 44  I,        V|        patrons of each other; but whoso amongst you takes them for
 45  I,        V|       losers.~ ~O ye who believe! whoso is turned away from his
 46  I,        V|           give alms, bowing down. Whoso taketh as patrons God and
 47  I,        V|          fears Him in secret; and whoso transgresses after that,
 48  I,        V|          God pardons bygones; but whoso returns, God will take vengeance
 49  I,        V|          send it down to you; but whoso disbelieves amongst you
 50  I,       VI|       tidings and of warning, and whoso believes and acts aright,
 51  I,      VII|    therefrom, despised, expelled; whoso follows thee, I will surely
 52  I,      VII|           unto you my signs; then whoso fears God and does what
 53  I,       IX|  believers. Do they not know that whoso setteth himself against
 54  I,      XII|           goblet of the king, and whoso brings it shall have a camel-load,
 55  I,      XII|      gracious towards us. Verily, whoso fears God and is patient,-
 56  I,      XVI|           deeds they have done.~ ~Whoso acts aright, male or female,
 57  I,      XVI|      these, they are the liars.~ ~Whoso disbelieves in God after
 58  I,      XVI|           quiet in the faith,-but whoso expands his breast to misbelieve,-
 59 II,     XVII|         aware, and sees enough.~ ~Whoso is desirous of this life
 60 II,     XVII|           and outcast.~ ~[20] But whoso desires the next life, and
 61 II,     XVII|         65] Said He, 'Begone! and whoso of them follows thee-verily,
 62 II,       XX|         reminder from us.~ ~[100] Whoso turns therefrom, verily,
 63 II,       XX|          from me a guidance; then whoso follows my guidance shall
 64 II,      XXI|          through fear.~ ~[30] And whoso of them should say, 'Verily,
 65 II,     XXII|           it is written down that whoso takes him for a patron,
 66 II,     XXII|        old House.~ ~'That do. And whoso magnifies the sacred things
 67 II,    XXIII|         are not to be blamed;-but whoso craves aught beyond that,
 68 II,    XXIII|          noble throne! and~ ~ ./. whoso calls upon another god with
 69 II,     XXIV|           are the prosperous, for whoso obeys God and His Apostle
 70 II,     XXIV|      associate aught with me: but whoso disbelieves after that,
 71 II,      XXX|         him is his misbelief; but whoso does right, for themselves
 72 II,   XXXIII|        choice in that affair; and whoso rebels against God and His
 73 II,    XXXIV|       permission of his Lord; and whoso swerves amongst them from
 74 II,  XXXVIII|        They shall say, 'Our Lord! whoso prepared this beforehand
 75 II,    XXXIX|         those who misbelieve? but whoso brings the truth and believes
 76 II,    XXXIX|          is for his own soul: but whoso goes astray it is against
 77 II,       XL|           the abode of stability! Whoso does evil, he shall only
 78 II,       XL|        with the like thereof; and whoso does right, be it male or
 79 II,      XLI|       hesitating doubt thereon.~ ~Whoso does right it is for his
 80 II,      XLI|           it is for his soul, and whoso does evil it is against
 81 II,     XLVI|         from grievous woe.'~ ~And whoso responds not to God's crier
 82 II,   XLVIII|         is above their hands! and whoso perjures himself does but
 83 II,   XLVIII|          a corrupt people.~ ~ ./. Whoso believes not in God and
 84 II,   XLVIII|       compulsion on the sick, but whoso obeys God and His Apostle,
 85 II,   XLVIII|    beneath which rivers flow; but whoso turns his back He will torment
 86 II,     LVII|         bid men be niggardly: but whoso turns his back 1, verily,
 87 II,      LIX|          God and His Apostle: and whoso op-poses God, verily, God
 88 II,      LIX|         poverty amongst them; and whoso is preserved from his own
 89 II,       LX|         God and the last day. But whoso turns his back, verily,
 90 II,     LXIV|        the day of cheating 1! but whoso believes in God and acts
 91 II,     LXIV|        the permission of God: and whoso believes in God, He will
 92 II,      LXV|       These are God's bounds, and whoso transgresses God's bounds
 93 II,      LXV|          darkness into light! and whoso believes in God and acts
 94 II,      LXX|         are not to be blamed; but whoso craves beyond this, they
 95 II,    LXXII|      seats thereof to listen; but whoso of us listens now finds
 96 II,    LXXII|         to try them there-by; and whoso turns from the remembrance
 97 II,    LXXII|          God and His errands: and whoso rebels against God and His
 98 II,   LXXIII|           this is a memorial, and whoso will, let him take unto
 99 II,    LXXVI|           this is a memorial, and whoso will, let him take unto
100 II,  LXXVIII|         That is the true day; and whoso pleases let him take to
101 II,     LXXX|     verily, it is a memorial; and whoso pleases will remember it.~ ~
