 1  I             |           al-Gabbâr, the Repairer.~ ~10. al-Mutakabbir, the Great.~ ~
 2  I,       II   |              woe because they lied. [10] And when it is said to
 3  I,       II(2)|           dry bones. Ezek. xxxvii. 1-10.~ ~
 4  I,      III   |              is severe to punish.~ ~[10] Say to those who misbelieve, '
 5  I,       IV   |           them a reasonable speech. [10] And let these fear lest
 6  I,        V   |         haply ye may give thanks.~ ~[10] Remember the favour of
 7  I,       VI   |              deem perplexing now.~ ~[10] There have been prophets
 8  I,      VII   |         little is it that ye thank; [10] and we created you, then
 9  I,     VIII   |          with others in reserve.'~ ~[10] God made it only glad tidings
10  I,       IX   |             which they have done.~ ~[10] They will not observe in
11  I,        X   |              gardens of pleasure.~ ~[10] Their cry therein shall
12  I,       XI   |            which of you did best.~ ~[10] But shouldst thou say, '
13  I,      XII   |             people who do right.'~ ~[10] A speaker from amongst
14  I,     XIII   |          everything are with Him.~ ~[10] He who knows the unseen
15  I,      XIV   |          Noah, and 'Âd, and Thamûd, [10] and those who came after
16  I,      XVI   |           guided you one and all.~ ~[10] He it is who sends down
17 II,     XVII   |            tidings to the believers [10] who do aright that for
18 II,    XVIII   |            us our affair aright!'~ ~[10] And we struck their ears (
19 II,      XIX   |              age to decrepitude?'~ ~[10] He said, 'Thus says thy
20 II,       XX   |          verily, I perceive a fire! [10] Haply I may bring you therefrom
21 II,      XXI   |           who committed excesses.~ ~[10] We have sent down to you
22 II,     XXII   |           the torment of burning.~ ~[10] That is for what thy hands
23 II,    XXIII   |           guard well their prayers: [10] these are the heirs who
24 II,     XXIV   |              who speak the truth.~ ~[10] And were it not for God'
25 II,      XXV   |        follow an infatuated man.'~ ~[10] See how they strike out
26 II,     XXVI   |          Come to the unjust people, [10] to the people of Pharaoh,
27 II,    XXVII   |              God, the mighty, wise; [10] throw down thy staff!'
28 II,   XXVIII   |              be of the believers.~ ~[10] And she said to his sister, '
29 II,     XXIX   |              breasts of the worlds? [10] God will surely know those
30 II,      XXX   |           and mocked thereat.~ ~ ./. 10] God, produces a creation,
31 II,     XXXI   |              of every noble kind.~ ~[10] This is God's creation;
32 II,    XXXII   |             become a new creation?' [10] Nay! in the meeting of
33 II,   XXXIII   |           what ye were doing.~ ~ ./. 10] When they came upon you
34 II,    XXXIV   |          every repentant servant.~ ~[10] And we did give David grace
35 II,     XXXV   |           God knows what they do!~ ~[10] It is God who sends the
36 II,    XXXVI   |              they will not believe. [10] Thou canst only warn him
37 II,   XXXVII   |            for them is lasting woe; [10] save such as snatches off
38 II,  XXXVIII   |             up the ropes thereof.~ ~[10] Any host whatever of the
39 II,    XXXIX   |            that which ye have done. [10] Verily, He knows the natures
40 II,       XL   |            that is mighty bliss!'~ ~[10] Verily, those who misbelieve
41 II,      XLI   |            alike for those who ask. [10] Then He made for the heaven
42 II,     XLII   |              both hears and sees.~ ~[10] His are the keys of, the
43 II,    XLIII   |             haply ye may be guided: [10] and who sent down from
44 II,     XLIV   |           shall bring obvious smoke [10] to cover men-this is grievous
45 II,      XLV   |           for them is mighty woe.~ ~[10] This is a guidance, and
46 II,     XLVI   |           not the unjust people.'~ ~[10] And those who misbelieve
47 II,    XLVII   |             their works go wrong.~ ~[10] That is because they were
48 II,   XLVIII   |              morning and evening!~ ~[10] Verily, those who swear
49 II,     XLIX   |               God loves the just.~ ~[10] The believers are but brothers,
50 II,        L   |            and the harvest grain!~ ~[10] And the tall palm trees
51 II,       LI   |            from it who is turned.~ ~[10] Slain be the liars, who
52 II,      LII   |                paragraph continues] [10] and the mountains shall
53 II,     LIII   |         length off or nigher still! [10] Then he inspired his servant
54 II,      LIV   |              and he was rejected.~ ~[10] And he called upon his
55 II,       LV   |              for living creatures;~ [10] therein are fruits and
56 II,      LVI   |              unlucky fellows!~ ~ ./. 10] And the foremost foremost 1!~
57 II,     LVII   |              kind, compassionate!~ ~[10] What ails you that ye give
58 II,    LVIII   |          journey shall it be!~ ~ ./. 10] O ye who believe! when
59 II,      LIX   |         these are the prosperous!~ ~[10] And those who came after
60 II,       LX   |              they are the unjust!~ ~[10] O ye who believe! when
61 II,      LXI   |             the idolaters may be.~ ~[10] O ye who believe! shall
62 II,     LXII   |               if ye did but know!~ ~[10] And when prayer is performed,
63 II,    LXIII   |          they are those who lose!~ ~[10] But expend in alms of what
64 II,     LXIV   |              is the mighty bliss!~ ~[10] But those who misbelieve
65 II,      LXV   |           their conduct was loss!~ ~[10] God prepared for them severe
66 II,     LXVI   |              journey shall it be!~ ~[10] God strikes out a parable
67 II,    LXVII   |             but in great error!"'~ ~[10] And they shall say, 'Had
68 II,   LXVIII   |              be smooth with thee!~ ~[10] And obey not any mean swearer 3,
69 II,     LXIX   |            cities 2 committed sins, [10] and they rebelled against
70 II,      LXX   |            be, like flocks of wool; [10] when no warm friend shall
71 II,     LXXI   |               He is very forgiving. [10] He will send the rain upon
72 II,    LXXII   | shooting-star for him on guard.~ ~'"[10] And, verily, we know not
73 II,   LXXIII   |          take Him for a guardian!~ ~[10] And endure patiently what
74 II,    LXXIV   |             a~ ~ ./. difficult day! [10] for the misbelievers aught
75 II,     LXXV   |           and the moon be together, [10] and man shall say upon
76 II,    LXXVI   |            either reward or thanks; [10] we fear from our Lord a
77 II,   LXXVII   |            heaven shall be cleft!~ ~[10] And when the mountains
78 II,  LXXVIII   |           made your sleep for rest, [10] and made the night a garment,
79 II,    LXXIX   |          eyes thereon be humbled!~ ~[10] They say, 'Shall we be
80 II,     LXXX   |        earnestly fearing the while, [10] from him thou art diverted!~ ~
81 II,    LXXXI   |          what sin she was slain 1,~ [10] And when the pages shall
82 II,   LXXXII   |            call the judgment a lie! [10] but over you are guardians
83 II,  LXXXIII   |             is?-a book inscribed!~ ~[10] Woe on that day for those
84 II,   LXXXIV   |              his family joyfully.~ ~[10] But as for him who is given
85 II,    LXXXV   |              is witness over all!~ ~[10] Verily, those who make
86 II,   LXXXVI   |             secrets shall be tried, [10] and he shall have no strength
87 II,  LXXXVII   |           the reminder is useful.~ ~[10] But he who fears will be
88 II, LXXXVIII   |            their past endeavours, - [10] in a lofty garden wherein
89 II,   LXXXIX   |          Pharaoh of the stakes 1?~ ~[10] Who were outrageous in
90 II,       XC   |             a tongue, and two lips? [10] and guided him in the two
91 II,      XCI   |            is he who purifies it!~ ~[10] And disappointed is he
92 II,     XCII   |              calls the good a lie,~ [10] We will send him easily
93 II,    XCIII   |             orphan oppress him not; [10] and as for the beggar drive
94 II,     XCVI   |          considered him who forbids [10] a servant 3 when he prays 4?~ ~
