 1  I             |            for a long period in the hands of the descendants of Ishmael,
 2  I             |       standing position, qiyâm, the hands being so held that the thumbs
 3  I,       II   |             out the Book with their hands and say 'this is from' God;
 4  I,       II   |          woe to them for what their hands have written, and woe to
 5  I,       II   |            it because of what their hands have sent on before; but
 6  I,       II   |             be not cast by your own hands into perdition; but do good,
 7  I,       II   |              his matter is in God's hands. But whosoever returns (
 8  I,      III   |          they suffer for what their hands have sent on before;-for,
 9  I,       IV   |             one, or what your right hands possess 3. That keeps you
10  I,       IV   |             save such as your right hands possess,-God's Book against
11  I,       IV   |             take of what your right hands possess, of your maidens
12  I,       IV   |           whom ye have joined right hands leave; so give them their
13  I,       IV   |           road, and what your right hands possess 2, verily, God loves
14  I,       IV   |            wipe your faces and your hands therewith; verily, God pardons
