 1  I             |      tale is told of a chief who gave away his last camel, or
 2  I             |        under circumstances which gave rise to some very unpleasant
 3  I             |      marriage that he contracted gave great scandal to the faithful,
 4  I             |      their good faith. This they gave in simple Bedawi fashion,
 5  I             |          of popular opinion, and gave in their formal allegiance
