Part, Sura

 1  I          | Rightly-directing.~ ~99. az-Zabûr, the Patient.~ ~These names are used
 2  I          |               vie in good works and be patient.~ ~IV. THE CHAPTER OF WOMEN. (
 3  I          |                mocked at and they were patient. God could send them a sign
 4  I          |            Idrîs, and DHu 'l Kifl were patient and entered into the mercy
 5  I          |                Mohammed exhorted to be patient of what they say: he is

14  I,      III|                on high? Yea, if ye are patient and fear God, and they come
15  I,      III|               fought well, or know the patient? Why, ye longed for death
16  I,      III|              themselves:-God loves the patient. And their word was only
17  I,      III|                much harm. But if ye be patient and fear,-verily, that is
18  I,      III|              200] O ye who believe! be patient and vie in being patient 1,
19  I,      III|               patient and vie in being patient 1, and be on the alert,
20  I,       VI|             before thee; but they were patient of being called liars and
21  I,      VII|                for aid from God and be patient; verily, the earth is God'
22  I,      VII|             Israel, for that they were patient; and we destroyed that which
23  I,     VIII|            luck go from you; but be ye patient, verily, God is with the
24  I,     VIII|                verily, God is with the patient. And be not like those who
25  I,     VIII|              If there be of you twenty patient men, they shall conquer
26  I,     VIII|             there be amongst you but a patient hundred, they will conquer
27  I,     VIII|               God,-for God is with the patient!~ ~It has not been for any
28  I,        X|               revealed to thee, and be patient until God judges, for He
29  I,       XI|           boasting. Save those who are patient and do right; these-for
30  I,       XI|             thy people before this. Be patient, then; verily, the issue
31  I,       XI|               the mindful! And be thou patient, for God wastes not the
32  I,      XII|                 whoso fears God and is patient,-verily, God wastes not
33  I,     XIII|        reckoning up; and those who are patient, craving their Lord's face,
34  I,     XIII|             upon you! for that ye were patient; and goodly is the recompense
35  I,      XIV|                that are signs to every patient, grateful one.~ ~When Moses
36  I,      XIV|               paths? we will be surely patient in your hurting us; for
37  I,      XVI|              but know.~ ~Those who are patient, and upon their Lord rely!~ ~[
38  I,      XVI|             and we will recompense the patient with their hire for the
39  I,      XVI|            fought strenuously and were patient,-verily, thy Lord after
40  I,      XVI|                punished; but if ye are patient, it is best for those who
41  I,      XVI|              is best for those who are patient 1.~ ~Be thou patient then;
42  I,      XVI|               are patient 1.~ ~Be thou patient then; but thy patience is
43 II,    XVIII|           beside Him; and keep thyself patient, with those who call upon
44 II,    XVIII|             with me. How canst thou be patient in what thou comprehendest
45 II,    XVIII|             wilt find me, if God will, patient; nor will I rebel against
46 II,      XXI|               all of these were of the patient: and we made them enter
47 II,     XXII|           afraid, and to those who are patient of what befalls them, and
48 II,      XXV|            trial to others: will ye be patient? thy Lord doth ever look.~ ~
49 II,      XXV|              our gods, had we not been patient about them.' But they shall
50 II,      XXV|             place 3 for that they were patient: and they shall meet~ ~ ./. 
51 II,   XXVIII|               over, for that they were patient, and repelled evil with
52 II,   XXVIII|                meet with it except the patient. And we clave the earth
53 II,     XXIX|                who work! those who are patient and rely upon their Lord!~ ~[
54 II,      XXX|              not know.'~ ~[60] Be thou patient then; verily, God's promise
55 II,     XXXI|               forbid what is wrong; be patient of what befalls thee, verily,
56 II,    XXXII|               bidding, since they were patient and were sure of our signs.~ ~[
57 II,   XXXIII|                and truthful women, and patient men and patient women, and
58 II,   XXXIII|             women, and patient men and patient women, and humble men and
59 II,    XXXIV|                that are signs to every patient, grateful person, And Iblîs
60 II,   XXXVII|              it please God, one of the patient!'~ ~And when they were resigned,
61 II,  XXXVIII|                day of reckoning!'~ ~Be patient of what they say, and remember
62 II,  XXXVIII|            oath!' Verily, we found him patient 1, an excellent servant;
63 II,    XXXIX|               is spacious; verily, the patient shall be paid their hire
64 II,       XL|          endowed with minds.~ ~Be thou patient, then; verily, God's promise
65 II,       XL|              pride!~ ~ ./. But be thou patient; verily, the promise of
66 II,      XLI|               lose!'~ ~And if they are patient, still the fire is a resort
67 II,      XLI|             with it save those who are patient; and none shall meet with
68 II,     XLII|                that are signs to every patient, grateful person:-or He
69 II,     XLII|                   But surely he who is patient and forgives,-verily, that
70 II,     XLVI|       misbelieve!'~ ~Then do thou 2 be patient, as the apostles endowed
71 II,     XLVI|            endowed with a purpose were patient, and hasten not on (their
72 II,    XLVII|              fight strenuously and the patient; and we will try the reports
73 II,        L|                touched us 2.~ ~Be thou patient then of what they say, and
74 II,      LII|               broil ye therein, and be patient thereof or be not patient,
75 II,      LII|              patient thereof or be not patient, it is the same to you:
76 II,      LXX|            years 1.~ ~[5] Wherefore be patient with fair patience; verily,
77 II,     CIII|            true, and bid each other be patient.~ ~ ./.
