Part, Sura

 1  I          |       cavern on Mount THaur, an hour and a half distant from
 2  I          |  possessed.' The coming of 'the Hour.' Creation of Adam and Eve:
 3  I          |      Grove and of El 'Hagr. The Hour draws nigh. The Lord the
 4  I          |       The certain coming of the Hour. The unity of God asserted
 5  I          |   confuted. None knows when the Hour shall come but God. The
 6  I          |     Threat of the coming of the Hour. The joys of Paradise and
 7  I,       VI|     meeting God, until when the hour comes suddenly upon them
 8  I,       VI|    there should come to you the hour, on other than God would
 9  I,      VII|     they cannot keep it back an hour, nor can they bring it on.~ ~
10  I,      VII|     They will ask you about the Hour, for what time it is fixed?-
11  I,       IX|         who followed him in the hour of difficulty, after that
12  I,        X|         had not tarried save an hour of the day, they shall know
13  I,        X|     they cannot delay it for an hour or bring it on.'~ ~Say, '
14  I,      XII|     torment of God? or from the Hour coming upon them suddenly
15  I,       XV|         truth. And, verily, the Hour is surely coming; then do
16  I,      XVI|       they cannot put it off an hour, nor can they bring it on.~ ~
17  I,      XVI|        nor is the matter of the Hour aught but as the twinkling
18 II,    XVIII|   promise is true; and that the Hour, there is no doubt concerning
19 II,    XVIII|         I do not think that the hour is imminent; and if even
20 II,      XIX|    torment or whether it be the Hour, then they shall know who
21 II,       XX|         Me.~ ~[15] 'Verily, the hour is coming, I almost make
22 II,      XXI|       in secret; and who at the Hour do shrink.~ ~This is a blessed
23 II,     XXII|   Verily, the earthquake of the Hour is a mighty thing.~ ~On
24 II,     XXII|       over all; and because the Hour is coming, there is no doubt
25 II,     XXII|         doubt thereof until the Hour comes on them suddenly,
26 II,      XXV|          Nay, but they call the Hour a lie; but we have prepared
27 II,      XXV| prepared for those who call the Hour a lie a blaze: when it seizes
28 II,      XXX|         And on the day when the Hour shall rise, the sinners
29 II,      XXX|         And on the day when the Hour shall rise, on that day
30 II,      XXX|         And on the day when the Hour shall rise, the sinners
31 II,      XXX|        have not tarried save an hour; thus were they wont to
32 II,     XXXI|         is the knowledge of the Hour; and He sends down the rain;
33 II,   XXXIII|         will ask thee about the Hour; say, The knowledge thereof
34 II,   XXXIII|     make thee perceive that the Hour is haply nigh?'~ ~ ./. Verily,
35 II,    XXXIV|        who misbelieve say, 'The Hour shall not come to us;' say, '
36 II,    XXXIV|       ye shall not keep back an hour, nor shall ye bring it on!'~ ~[
37 II,       XL|    evening; and 'on the day the Hour shall arise,' enter, O people
38 II,       XL|         remember.~ ~Verily, the Hour will surely come; there
39 II,      XLI|   referred the knowledge of the Hour: and no fruits come forth
40 II,      XLI|          and I do not think the Hour is imminent; and if I be
41 II,     XLII|     thee know whether haply the Hour be nigh? Those who believe
42 II,     XLII|      who dispute concerning the Hour are in remote error!~ ~God
43 II,    XLIII|     verily, he is a sign of the Hour 4. Doubt not then~ ~ ./. 
44 II,    XLIII|       expect aught but that the Hour will come upon them suddenly
45 II,    XLIII|         is the knowledge of the Hour, and unto Him shall ye be
46 II,      XLV|         and on the day when the Hour shall arise on that day
47 II,      XLV|         of God is true, and the Hour there is no doubt therein;'
48 II,      XLV|     said, 'We know not what the Hour is, we only suspect, and
49 II,     XLVI|          35] had tarried but an hour of the day. A preaching
50 II,    XLVII|     they wait for aught but the Hour, that it should come to
51 II,      LIV|        compassionate God.~ ~The Hour draws nigh, and the moon
52 II,      LIV|         in flight 1.~ ~Nay, the Hour is their promised time!
53 II,      LIV|    their promised time! and the Hour is most severe and bitter!~ ~
54 II,     LXXV|         that it is his parting [hour]. And leg shall be pressed
55 II,    LXXIX|        shall ask thee about the Hour, for when it is set. Whereby
