Part, Sura

 1  I          |          gods by seeing them set. Turns to God and becomes a 'Hanîf.
 2  I,       II|          the Apostle from him who turns. upon his heels; although
 3  I,       II| opposition unto thee. And when he turns away, he strives upon the
 4  I,      III|      witness with you; but he who turns back after that, these are
 5  I,       IV|        has obeyed God; and he who turns back-we have not sent thee
 6  I,        V|         mighty, wise.~ ~But whoso turns again after his injustice
 7  I,       VI|       evil in ignorance, and then turns again and does right,-verily,
 8  I,       VI|       calls God's signs lies, and turns from them? we will reward
 9  I,     VIII|          hinder parts; for he who turns to them that day his hinder
10  I,       IX|        from their hearts; for God turns unto Him whomsoever He pleases,
11  I,       IX|        the misbelievers, then God turns after that to whom He will,
12  I,        X|         produces a creature, then turns it back again; how then
13  I,       XI|         art bidden, and whosoever turns repentantly with thee; and
14 II,     XVII|         And when we favour man he turns away and retires aside,
15 II,    XVIII|         of the signs of his Lord, turns away therefrom, and forgets
16 II,       XX|        him who calls us liars and turns his back."'~ ~Said he, '
17 II,       XX|   reminder from us.~ ~[100] Whoso turns therefrom, verily, he shall
18 II,       XX|           be wretched. But he who turns away from my reminder, verily,
19 II,     XXII|      there befall him a trial, he turns round again, and loses this
20 II,     XXIV|           whom He pleases, and He turns it from whom He pleases;
21 II,      XXV|        despised. [70] Save he who turns again and believes and does
22 II,      XXV|            merciful.~ ~And he who turns again and does right, verily,
23 II,      XXV|        and does right, verily, he turns again to God repentant.~ ~
24 II,   XXVIII|      other.~ ~But, as for him who turns again and believes and does
25 II,     XXIX|   produces the creation, and then turns it back? verily, that to
26 II,     XXXI|      signs are recited to him, he turns his back, too big with pride,
27 II,     XXXI|         follow the way of him who turns repentant unto~ ~ ./. me;
28 II,    XXXII|       signs of his Lord, and then turns away from them? Verily,
29 II,     XXXV|          ye may give thanks.~ ~He turns the night into day, and
30 II,     XXXV|        the night into day, and He turns the day into night; and
31 II,       XL|         is mindful except him who turns repentant; then call on
32 II,      XLI|          been gracious to man, he turns away and goes aside; but
33 II,     XLII|       guides unto Himself him who turns repentant.~ ~But they did
34 II,    XLIII|        fear!~ ~[15] And whosoever turns from the reminder of the
35 II,   XLVIII|      which rivers flow; but whoso turns his back He will torment
36 II,        L|        promised, to every one who turns frequently (to God) and
37 II,     LIII|           turn aside from him who turns his back upon our remembrance
38 II,     LIII|           thou considered him who turns his back? who gives but
39 II,      LIV|        draught shall be sought by turns.'~ ~Then they called their
40 II,     LVII|           be niggardly: but whoso turns his back 1, verily, God
41 II,       LX|           the last day. But whoso turns his back, verily, God, He
42 II,    LXXII|          them there-by; and whoso turns from the remembrance of
43 II,   LXXIII|       cannot calculate it, and He turns relentant towards you.~ ~
44 II, LXXXVIII|         over them; except such as turns his back and misbelieves,
45 II,     XCII|          who says it is a lie and turns his back.~ ~But the pious
