Part, Sura

 1  I          |          most generous,~ Who has taught the use of the pen,~ Has
 2  I          |         the use of the pen,~ Has taught man what he did not know.'~ ~[
 3  I          |    inspired! One mighty in power taught him, endowed with sound
 4  I          |         by the faith that he had taught them, and called God to
 5  I          |        The creation of man: Adam taught 'the names:' Iblîs refuses
 6  I          |         All former prophets were taught that there is no god but
 7  I          |          subject to David: he is taught the art of making coats
 8  I          |          with knowledge. Solomon taught the speech of birds. His
 9  I          |         prophet and saying he is taught by others or distracted.
10  I,       II|        what ye know not.' And He taught Adam the names, all of them;
11  I,       II|       but what Thou thyself hast taught us, verily, Thou art the
12  I,       II|      Hârût and Mârût 2 yet these taught no one until they said, '
13  I,       II|      safety remember God, how He taught you while yet ye did not
14  I,       II|          kingdom and wisdom, and taught him of what He willed. And
15  I,       II|    scribe refuse to write as God taught him, but let him write,
16  I,       IV|         Book and the wisdom, and taught thee what thou didst not
17  I,        V|          things and what ye have taught beasts of prey (to catch),
18  I,        V|       dogs;-ye teach them as God taught you;-so eat of what they
19  I,        V|     grown up.~ ~[110] And when I taught thee the Book and wisdom
20  I,       VI|        hide much 1;~ ~and ye are taught what ye knew not, neither
21  I,        X|      have recited it to you, nor taught you therewith. I have tarried
22  I,      XII|        some) of what my Lord has taught me; verily, I have left
23  I,      XII|       knowledge, for that we had taught him;-but most men do not
24  I,      XII|      given me dominion, and hast taught me the interpretation of
25 II,    XVIII|          from ourselves, and had taught him knowledge from before
26 II,    XVIII|         from what thou hast been taught, the right way?' said he, '
27 II,       XX|    Verily, he is your master who taught you magic! Therefore will
28 II,      XXI|          did it 2.~ ~[80] And we taught him the art of making coats
29 II,     XXVI|         he is your chief who has taught you sorcery, but soon ye
30 II,    XXVII|          O ye folk! we have been taught the speech of birds, and
31 II,    XXXVI|          no sense?~ ~We have not taught him 1 poetry, nor was it
32 II,    XLIII|          his mates . . ~ ~And he taught his people levity; and they
33 II,     XLIV|         away from him and said, 'Taught! mad!' Verily, we will remove
34 II,     LIII|         5] One mighty in power 3 taught him, endowed with sound
35 II,       LV| compassionate God.~ The Merciful taught the Qur'ân;~ He created
36 II,       LV|         Qur'ân;~ He created man, taught him plain speech.~ The sun
37 II,      XCI|       and what fashioned it, and taught it~ its sin and its piety!~
38 II,     XCVI|          most generous!~ [5] Who taught the pen!~ Taught man what
39 II,     XCVI|          5] Who taught the pen!~ Taught man what he did not know!~
