 1  I             |          Iblîs or Saitân, 'the devil' or 'Satan,' was originally
 2  I             |      of Adam, who, meeting the devil at the same spot, drove
 3  I             |    against temptation from the devil. Against sun and moon worship.
 4  I             |   seeks refuge in God from the devil and his evil suggestions.~ ~ ~ ~ ./. 
 5  I,       II   |       and to be praised.~ ~The devil promises you poverty and
 6  I,      III(2)|       ceremony of 'pelting the devil,' as performed by 'Hagg
 7  I,       IV   |        aught save a rebellious devil.~ ~God curse him! for he
