Part, Sura

 1  I          |      evidences of that tendency to pious fraud which the profession
 2  I          |      alternative of resorting to a pious fraud or of relinquishing
 3  I,       II|            therein; a guide to the pious, who believe in the unseen,
 4  I,     VIII| thereof-its guardians are only the pious?-but most of them know not.~ ~[
 5 II,      XIX|             and purity; and he was pious and righteous to his parents,
 6 II,      XIX|         One from thee, if thou art pious.' Said he, 'I am only a
 7 II,      XIX|            of our servants who are pious!~ ~[65] We do not descend 2
 8 II,      XIX|            when we will gather the pious to the Merciful as ambassadors,
 9 II,      XIX|           give glad tidings to the pious, and warn thereby a contentious
10 II,      XXV|          and make us models to the pious!'~ ~[75] These shall be
11 II,     XXVI|       shall be brought near to the pious; and hell shall be brought
12 II,   XXVIII|             and the end is for the pious.~ ~He who brings a good
13 II,  XXXVIII|        earth? or shall we make the pious like the sinners?~ ~A blessed
14 II,  XXXVIII|          reminder! verily, for the pious is there an excellent resort, - [
15 II,     XLIV|            dispute!'~ ~Verily, the pious shall be in a safe place!
16 II,    XLVII|           which is promised to the pious,-in it are rivers of water
17 II,     XLIX|           sight of God is the most pious of you; verily, God is knowing,
18 II,        L|       shall be brought near to the pious,-not far off.~ ~ ./. This
19 II,       LI|            on!'~ ~[15] Verily, the pious are in gardens and springs,
20 II,      LII|          ye did do!'~ ~Verily, the pious (shall be) in gardens and
21 II,      LIV|        written down.~ ~Verily, the pious shall be amid gardens and
22 II,   LXVIII|            know!~ ~Verily, for the pious with their Lord are gardens
23 II,   LXVIII|           him, and made him of the pious.~ ~The misbelievers well-nigh
24 II,     LXIX|            it is a memorial to the pious; and, verily, we know that
25 II,    LXXII|         And of us are some who are pious, and of us are some who
26 II,   LXXVII|            is a lie!~ ~Verily, the pious are amid shades and springs
27 II,  LXXVIII|        torment!'~ ~Verily, for the pious is a blissful place,-gardens
28 II,     XCII|          turns his back.~ ~But the pious shall be kept away from
