Part, Sura

 1  I          |     of the Meccans is only a trial from the Lord whereby to
 2  I,       II|    live; in that was a great trial for you from your Lord.
 3  I,      VII|     and in that was a mighty trial from your Lord.~ ~And we
 4  I,      VII|       This is naught but Thy trial, wherewith Thou dost lead
 5  I,     VIII|   from Himself with a goodly trial; verily, God both hears
 6  I,       IX|     they not fallen into the trial already, but hell shall
 7  I,        X|       make us not a cause of trial for a people who do wrong,
 8  I,      XIV|   live;' in that was a great trial for you from your Lord.
 9 II,      XXI|     evil and with good, as a trial; and unto us shall they
10 II,      XXI|      know not, haply it is a trial for you and a provision
11 II,     XXII|    but if there befall him a trial, he turns round again, and
12 II,     XXII|     make what Satan throws a trial unto those in whose hearts
13 II,     XXIV|  lest there befall them some trial or there befall them grievous
14 II,      XXV|      have made some of you a trial to others: will ye be patient?
15 II,   XXXVII|    Verily, we have made it a trial to the unjust 2. Verily,
16 II,   XXXVII|    This is surely an obvious trial.' And we ransomed him with
17 II,    XXXIX|     knowledge!' nay, it is a trial,-but most of them do not
18 II,     XLIV| signs wherein was an obvious trial!~ ~Verily, these 1 say, '
19 II,       LI|      be tried. - 'Taste your trial! this is what ye wished

22 II,     LXIV|      your children are but a trial; and God, with Him is mighty
23 II,    LXXIV|     only made their number a trial to those who misbelieve;
