Chapter

 1    1|       How liberally the needs of life, water, air, and food, are
 2    1|        which is inhaled prolongs life, and when exhaled it quickens
 3    6|        most important subject in life.~ ~ ~ ~'So many castes and
 4   10|   average person, who spends his life blindly under the influence
 5   10|        says, 'He who is blind in life, shall also be blind in
 6   10|          The disciple disregards life's momentary comforts, unties
 7   11| throughout all the stages of her life. Sufis also respectfully
 8   12|         of subtler principles in life to elevate the soul than
 9   12|        grade of Baqa during this life, but people of all beliefs
10   13|          his mureeds the ascetic life; rather it is a peculiarity
11   13|      vouchsafed during his whole life. Among the Sayings of Mohammed
12   14|       Ruh, the soul, experiences life; and when the Ruh receives
13   15|         experiencing interest in life is incomplete, and apt to
14   16|       his training the spiritual life is desirable, but after
15   20|         different principles for life in different religions,
16   20|          never been commanded in life, never knows how to command;
17   23|        studied. This is the very life, and also the chain which
18   24|        needs woman to direct his life, and woman needs man for
19   24|         and less capable of home life, but being out in the world
20   24| falsehood. Monogamy is the ideal life which is a comfort in this
21   24|          to the world. The ideal life is detached interest in
22   24|          of both is the complete life.~ ~Sufis consider a life
23   24|         life.~ ~Sufis consider a life of complete unity the most
