   Volume
1 I| Quinquagesima signifieth the time of remission. The Quadragesima signifieth 2 I| Quinquagesima signifieth the time of remission and of penance, in which 3 I| fiftieth year was the year of remission, for then the debts were 4 I| not to us only the time of remission, but also the state of the 5 I| manners. That is to wit in remission of sin, in gifts of grace, 6 I| remuneration perdurable, and the remission of sins.
