1    IV| creatures pant, or through the sweat~ Squeezed forth innumerable
2    IV|     and all soaked with Venus' sweat;~ And the well-earned ancestral
3     V|        livelihood to groan and sweat~ Over the two-pronged mattock
4     V|       ever the more~ The salty sweat, from out its body squeezed,~
5     V|      it so;~ And let the weary sweat their life-blood out~ All
6    VI|    with our blood, as well~ As sweat or any moisture in our members.~
7    VI|       grottos, rocks o'erhead~ Sweat moisture and distil the
8    VI|    from all our body seeps the sweat;~ There grows the beard,
9    VI|      and intermittent, soaking sweat~ A-glisten on neck, the
