1     I|         thee naught~ Is risen to reach the shining shores of light,~
2     I| wherefrom to grow,~ Wherefrom to reach the gentle fields of air.~
3     I|    finite be~ All and entire, or reach unmeasured round~ And downward
4    IV|     again they seek and crave to reach~ They know not what, all
5     V|         human hands, they cannot reach to grasp~ Aught tangible
6     V|       And powerless were they to reach unto~ The coveted flower
7     V|        er~ At one same time they reach their flower of age~ Or
8     V|         and even when once~ They reach them, envy like the thunderbolt~
