shraddhayAgniH samidhyate shraddhaya huyate haviH
shraddhAM bhagasya mUrdhani vacasA vedayamasi
priyaM shraddhe dadataH priyaM shraddte didAsataH
priyambhojeSu yajvasvidaM ma uditaM kRdhi
yathA deva asureSu shraddhAmugreSu cakrire
evambhojeSu yajvasvasmAkamuditaM kRdhi
shraddhAM devA yajamAnA vAyugopA upAsate
shraddhAMhRdayyayAkUtyA shraddhayA vindate vasu
shraddhAM prAtai havAmahe shraddhAM madhyandinaM pari
shraddhAM sUryasya nimruci shraddhe shrad dhApayeha naH
